- less than 9 days before arrival: 100 % from price of apartmant
In case of cancellation of the reservation, it is necessary to inform us in writing or by telephone.
A cancellation fee will be deducted from your deposit.
In the event that you fail to arrive on time due to demonstrable force majeure (e.g. death in the family, serious illness), we can arrange a different date of stay with you individually or refund part of the deposit.
